Kayla Sattler, Client Services & Support Specialist
What does your role entail at Info-Pro?
As a Client Services & Support Specialist, I provide assistance and guidance to our lenders by answering questions, conducting system trainings, and performing maintenance to their portfolios.
How long have you worked at Info-Pro?
I have worked at Info-Pro for a year and a half.
What other jobs have you had prior to working at Info-Pro?
All of my prior roles have focused on customer service and quality control.
What’s your favorite thing about your job or working at Info-Pro generally?
I love our Info-Pro family! I am a part of a great group of people that truly care and appreciate one another. It is a company culture that can’t be beat!
Tell us about your family.
I married my high school sweetheart (Ben) and we have two beautiful sons (Logan and Levi), along with our very spoiled Golden Retriever (Oscar).
What do you like to do in your free time?
I love spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and being outside!
Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Chilton, WI.
What’s your favorite thing about living in Wisconsin?
I love the changing of the seasons. Fall is my favorite time of year.

I have jumped out of a perfectly good airplane on 5 different occasions.
