Tammy Thiem, IT Support Engineer
What do you do in your role at Info-Pro?
As the IT Support Engineer, I help everyone with all their technological needs including phones, computers, software and networking.
How long have you worked at Info-Pro?
I started at Info-Pro/GSG in September of 2021.
What other jobs have you had prior to working at Info-Pro?
I have worked in the IT field for the past 25+ years. I came to Info-pro from Tenneco, Inc in Waupun and prior to that I worked at CESA 6 and Ripon College. I have been blessed to work with many great people over the years and have gained a wide variety of IT related skills.
What’s your favorite thing about your job or working at Info-Pro generally?
The people here have been amazing to work with! I truly have not worked in an environment where there have been so many friendly and helpful people.
Tell us about your family.
I live in Green Lake with my boyfriend, Todd and my son Colton, who is working as a Cook/Server at Goose Blind in Green Lake. I also have a daughter that is currently living in Kansas with her boyfriend Jackson. And we have 2 adorable dogs, Bruno and Rascal.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In our free time we love to go snowmobiling, UTV’ing and spending time on the lake on the pontoon boat with friends and family. We also love to travel, Todd has been all over the world but I am just beginning to get out and see the world. I am very excited to be going on my first cruise this fall for our birthdays!
Where did you grow up?
I was born and raised in Ripon Wisconsin.
What’s your favorite thing about living in Wisconsin?
Well, you get to use terms like “ope” and “bubbler” which seem to make people from other states laugh. Also, it is where our families are so we get to see them often.

My boyfriend Todd and I share the same birthday. Great way to not forget the date!
