April Featured Info-Pro Employee: Teri Salinas

In our employee of the month blog series we highlight a different Info-Pro employee every month so you can get to know us better! Up this month? Teri Salinas

Employee Name/Title

Teri Salinas, Client Services Support Specialist

What do you do in your role at Info-Pro?

I am on the Client Services team at Info-Pro. We are responsible for onboarding new customers and then taking excellent care of their needs moving forward as they use our flood and/or tax products.

How long have you worked at Info-Pro?

I started at Info-Pro in May 2018 – coming up on my one-year anniversary!

What other jobs have you had prior to working at Info-Pro?

I came to Info-Pro from a community bank where I was a Relationship Banker. Prior to that I worked as an Account Coordinator for Saputo Cheese and even managed three independent pharmacies for almost 6 years. I’ve really enjoyed the diverse roles that have brought me to where I am now; they have given me a well-rounded view of the business world.

What’s your favorite thing about your job or working at Info-Pro generally?

Every day is different. The variety, along with the satisfaction of helping customers is really what I enjoy about my role. Info-Pro genuinely cares about their customers and their employees. Working for a company whose core values line up with my own is very important to me.

Tell us about your family.

My husband (Luke) and I have been married for 7 years. We have two spunky boxers – Piper (6 years old) and Meka (6 months). Our dogs are our world – they keep us laughing.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I recently started taking a regular yoga class and love it! I also enjoy learning about natural living, reading and spending time with my family (pups included!) My husband and I also enjoy visiting new places and trying new restaurants when we can.

Where did you grow up?

I was born in WI but spent my childhood in Stillwater, OK. Middle school brought me back to WI where I’ve been ever since.

What’s your favorite thing about living in Wisconsin?

The seasons. Oklahoma had “hot” or “brown”… Wisconsin has a clear season change and each is so very beautiful.

Share an interesting or fun fact about yourself.

Last August I went on a 9-day trip to the Canadian Rockies near Banff, Alberta, CAN. It was absolutely breathtaking and a trip that challenged my hiking skills, my fear of bears and my ability to live without my cell phone for 9 days. I’d go back in a heartbeat!
