Troy Winkler, Delinquent Search Operations Manager
What does your role entail at Info-Pro?
I oversee the Delinquent Search Operations Team at Info-Pro.
How long have you worked at Info-Pro?
What other jobs have you had prior to working at Info-Pro?
Prior to Info-Pro, my experience came from banking, first in retail banking as a lender, and then I made a move to operations where I managed a few different teams that were involved in loan document review, loan booking, and auto lien perfection.
What’s your favorite thing about your job or working at Info-Pro generally?
My favorite thing is the people and the culture, it is something that was talked about during my interview process, and when I came aboard realized was very true right away. The culture that we have at Info-Pro is truly rare, and I have never seen anything like it at any other company.
Tell us about your family.
I have been married to my wife Amanda for just over 2 years. We have a very spoiled, 2 year old goldendoodle, Leinie. Amanda and I just welcomed our first child in June, a daughter named Eleanor.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy spending my free time with my family. In the summer, we like to go boating, camping, hiking, and jet skiing. In the winter, we like to go snowmobiling and sturgeon spearing.
Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Fond du Lac, WI and was lucky enough to spend my childhood in Lake Winnebago.
What’s your favorite thing about living in Wisconsin?
My favorite things about living in Wisconsin is spending time outdoors enjoying the many lakes, woods, and snowmobile trails.
Share an interesting or fun fact about yourself.
I have a 1985 Chevy Camaro that I bought from my dad. I spent a year rebuilding the engine by myself.
