In our employee of the month blog series we highlight a different Info-Pro employee every month so you can get to know us better! Up this month? Bonnie Reynolds
Bonnie Reynolds, Quality Training and Development - Tax Inquiry Coordinator
What do you do in your role at Info-Pro?
As the Tax Inquiry Coordinator in the Quality, Training and Development department, I am the contact person for all cases. I coordinate the research and assist in identifying the root cause of issues. I track the cases to ensure preventive or corrective action is completed while providing a thorough case report to management at the conclusion of each case.
How long have you worked at Info-Pro?
Six months; started May 15th.
What other jobs have you had prior to working at Info-Pro?
I have worked at US Bank for 12 years and Business Lending Group for 6 years over different teams. I was an Operations Manager over the Lease Accounting, Records Management, and Flood teams at US Bank. I was the HR and Loan Servicing Manager at Business Lending Group.
What’s your favorite thing about your job or working at Info-Pro generally?
My favorite thing about working at Info-Pro is the people. Everyone is so welcoming and ready to assist wherever they can. The culture at Info-Pro is a true team focused environment and we all work together to provide the best customer service. My favorite thing about my position within Info-Pro is the analytical aspect. I enjoy researching and finding root causes.
Tell us about your family.
My husband and I live in Oshkosh, WI. I have two grown children, Aaron and Amber. Now that they are out of the house, we added to the “family” with three dogs. Lexi, a 13 year old Yorkie, Sammy, an 11 year old Yorkie, and Piper, a 7 year old Goldendoodle.
What do you like to do in your free time?
My husband and I like to take day trips on Sundays and explore local areas. We also like to take our dogs for walks on many hiking trails. Since working at Info-Pro, many co-workers have recommended new places for us to visit and explore.
Where did you grow up?
I grew up on a farm in the Larsen/Winchester area.
What’s your favorite thing about living in Wisconsin?
My favorite thing about Wisconsin is the variety of seasons. I do not particularly enjoy snow but I like that this type of weather is not conducive to bugs, snakes and other creatures that warmer climates tend to have.
Share an interesting or fun fact about yourself.
I use to breed Yorkies. Raising puppies from birth and seeing them grow into wonderful pets is truly an enjoyable experience.
