Treena Balfe, Search Operations Team Lead

What do you do in your role at Info-Pro?

As the Team Lead for one of the delinquent search teams, I plan and organize our upcoming searches to verify payment of property taxes and support my amazing team in their search efforts.

How long have you worked at Info-Pro?

I have been at Info-Pro for just over one year.

What other jobs have you had prior to working at Info-Pro?

Prior to my position at Info-Pro, I was a Primary Care Support Specialist/LPN that traveled to area clinics to assist physicians with educating and setting patients up for health screenings such as mammograms and colonoscopies.

What’s your favorite thing about your job or working at Info-Pro generally?

My favorite thing about working at Info-Pro is the wonderful, always happy people and the challenging work I get to do every day.

Tell us about your family.

I have four children, Cody (30), twin boys, Sam and Owen (23) and Kallie (21) and a 3 year old rescue dog named Toby.

What do you like to do in your free time?

In my free time I enjoy doing remodeling projects on an old house I bought last year, working out, taking my dog, Toby for long walks and spending time with my family and friends.

Where did you grow up?

I grew up in Oakfield and was fortunate to raise my kids here as well.

What’s your favorite thing about living in Wisconsin? 

My favorite thing about Wisconsin other than the seasons is the amazing hiking trails we have and the awesome sports teams, especially the Packers and the Badgers.

Share an interesting or fun fact about yourself.

I have been a volunteer first responder for 17 years and a firefighter for 15, and I am the second female in our department’s 115-year history to hold an officer position as our EMS Lieutenant for the last three years.
