In our employee of the month blog series we highlight a different Info-Pro employee every month so you can get to know us better! Up this month? Parker Hanson.
What does your role entail at Info-Pro?
My role at Info-Pro is to be our customers main point of contact for anything they may need, and to help develop the relationship and trust between our two organizations so that they are receiving the best service possible. The account management team is here to ensure that our customers have the products and services that are beneficial to their organization and not to sell them on anything more. Our role is to serve the customer and make sure we put them first.
How long have you worked at Info-Pro?
What other jobs have you had prior to working at Info-Pro?
I worked at Verve, a Credit Union for over 4 years in the Marketing/ Community Outreach Department.
What’s your favorite thing about your job or working at Info-Pro generally?
So far, it’s been how the employees are appreciated and valued. Starting a new job during Covid was certainly interesting, but Info-Pro has truly made me feel welcome. It’s obviously a company that values their employees.
Tell us about your family.
I’ve been married to my wife for 4 years, and we’ve been together since we were in High School. We just bought a house in June, so that’s keeping us busy! Currently it’s just the two of us - no kids or pets!
What do you like to do in your free time?
I love golfing, or spending time with family/friends. My wife and I enjoy hiking, camping with friends, and getting dinner at supper clubs (with old fashioned's of course). When winter rolls around, we love getting out to snowboard.
Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Fond du Lac, born and raised.
What’s your favorite thing about living in Wisconsin?
The outdoors. I love the different seasons, sometimes all in one day, but Fall is the best - Packers playing (and winning), crisp air outside, can’t beat it.
Share an interesting or fun fact about yourself.
I’ve been collecting retro Packer sweatshirts since college, and currently have over 20. Also, my wife and I go to a Packer game every year - we’re definitely missing it this year!
