Heather Mulder, Product Specialist

What do you do in your role at Info-Pro?

As a Product Specialist with Info-Pro my job is to know the ins and outs of our system, Info-Exchange. I work closely with our development team to understand and implement new features for Info-Exchange. I also work closely with lenders to develop and facilitate their escrow upload processes.

How long have you worked at Info-Pro?

I have worked at Info-Pro for 8 years.

What other jobs have you had prior to working at Info-Pro?

Prior to working at Info-Pro, I worked for a trucking company in Green Bay whose various locations handled all of the liquid chocolate transportation for Hershey!

What’s your favorite thing about your job or working at Info-Pro generally?

There are a lot of things to like about working at Info-Pro! I love the people and the flexibility that our culture has, and in my specific role I love working on new innovations that will continue to wow our lenders.

Tell us about your family

My family includes my husband, Ryan, my son, Reed (4yo), and our new cockapoo puppy, Mocha.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I enjoy any type of arts and crafts but I especially like to crochet. I also LOVE to read and can always be found with a book (or three).

Where did you grow up?

I grew up in East De Pere, WI, with my sister, Amber, and our family.

What’s your favorite thing about living in Wisconsin?

The best thing about Wisconsin is that we have all 4 seasons. Some seem a lot longer or shorter than others, but they’re all beautiful and fun in their own way.

Share an interesting or fun fact about yourself.

I have traveled to 13 countries, 17 states, and have a US Eastern Seaboard trip planned for this Fall where I will travel to 6 more states. Egypt is the country currently at the top of my bucket list. “Not all those who wander are lost” – J.R.R. Tolkien
