In our employee of the month blog series we highlight a different Info-Pro employee every month so you can get to know us better! Up this month? Sandra Surita.

Employee Name/Title:

Sandra Surita, Client Services & Support Specialist

What do you do in your role at Info-Pro?

Reading and interpreting emails, researching questions and responding with clear solutions via email and/or phone. It is my hope that every customer I serve feels thankful they chose Info-Pro!

How long have you worked at Info-Pro?

Six months.

What other jobs have you had prior to working at Info-Pro?

For 25 years, I was a corporate travel counselor, dealing with planes, trains and automobiles (and hotels)! I talked with travelers over the phone to make their reservations and resolve any disruptions.

What’s your favorite thing about your job or working at Info-Pro generally?

I LOVE the independence of working from home!

Tell us about your family.

I enjoy life with my significant other of nearly 14 years, along with our dog, Jewels. I have two boys, ages 34 and 36. One went to the Air Force Academy and is serving as a Major in Washington DC (soon to move to England) and the other works for the VA in Minneapolis.

What do you like to do in your free time?

Ride my bike, hike and read.

Where did you grow up?

I grew up right here in Fond du Lac, WI. I was a bit south of town and went to Campbellsport High School. I left for 20 years while married to my former husband who was in the Army. We traveled the world and moved every three years. After we divorced, I moved back home to Fond du Lac.

What’s your favorite thing about living in Wisconsin?

This is where all of my family lives. This is my home.

Share an interesting or fun fact about yourself.

I was furloughed from the travel industry during Covid, so I started my own business. I am a mobile notary and go to people’s homes when they are unable to travel. I also did mobile loan closings. I’ve never had so much fun meeting people and enjoying the creativity of growing and marketing my business. Unfortunately, with refinancing slowing down, it was no longer sustainable for my lifestyle.
