Cory Lauersdorf, Client Services Support Specialist
What do you do in your role at Info-Pro?
In my role as a Client Services Support Specialist, I provide support to our lenders by resolving any questions or issues they may have on a day to day basis, onboarding new lenders, prepping and importing monthly files, and facilitating trainings.
How long have you worked at Info-Pro?
As of April I have been at Info-Pro for seven months.
What other jobs have you had prior to working at Info-Pro?
In my prior roles I worked as recruiter for a manufacturer and a customer service rep. for a health insurance company.
What’s your favorite thing about your job or working at Info-Pro generally?
My favorite thing about my job is being able to support lenders by answering any questions or resolving any issues they may have.
Tell us about your family.
My wife and I have been married since 08/18/2018. We have two cats Clarice and Rina who are litter mates and our most recent addition is our 10 month old mini dachshund puppy named Riley who is now a whopping 8.5 pounds.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and our three pets, watching movies, and reading books on history.
Where did you grow up?
I spent the first six years of my life in Ironwood Michigan before moving down to Reeseville, Wisconsin. I have also spent a couple years in Juneau before spending the rest of my childhood in Beaver Dam and Fond du Lac as a result of separated parents.
What’s your favorite thing about living in Wisconsin?
My favorite thing about living in Wisconsin would have to be the brats and cheese.

Much to the confusion of my wife and former college roommates, I sleep with my eyes open, talk in my sleep, and have been known to sleepwalk a time or two.
