Russell Haug, Agency Relations Specialist

What do you do in your role at Info-Pro?

As an Agency Relations Specialist, my role is equal parts Operations (Search side) and Sales. I work with the Sales team to evaluate prospective customers and determine which services we will offer based on their geographic footprint and their own unique needs as a bank or credit union. I also work with the Operations Department to keep them apprised of new prospects-turned-customers and ensure a smooth on-boarding process. Finally, I represent Info-Pro at conferences all over the country to meet with treasurers and tax collectors.

How long have you worked at Info-Pro?

My first day here was April 23, 2007—here’s to another great decade ahead!

What other jobs have you had prior to working at Info-Pro?

I’ve worked at Info-Pro since I was 24 years old, so my prior work experience was quite varied. My only other full-time job was at a small finance company where I was a jack-of-all-trades: data entry, collections, Accounts Receivable, IT, animal control (when a squirrel got into our mailroom). I also worked at a movie theater for much of high school and early college, which was incredibly fun but unsustainable as a career path!

What’s your favorite thing about your job or working at Info-Pro generally?

I can’t narrow it down from my favorite three things: the people (our culture is really unique), the opportunity to travel, and the amazing degree of work-life balance flexibility.

Tell us about your family

I come from a tightknit family, so I’m close with my parents and siblings. My family at home consists of my two rescued pups, a 12-year-old Collie named “Guinness” and a 3-year-old English Shepherd named “Macree.”

What do you like to do in your free time?

My hobbies include genealogy, craft beer, running, reading, cooking, and of course spending time with my dogs.

Where did you grow up?

West Bend, Wisconsin
