First, our integrity and how the core values are genuinely incorporated into our culture at all levels. You feel them and see them in the people, not just a sign on the wall, you are seen as a person. Second, wellness days35 years in mental health and no organization provided mental health/wellness days. Finally, last winter when it was time for picking up our Christmas gifts, it was cold/snowing/windy, and I sat in my office only hearing laughter ALL day from leaders who were standing outside.
