What does your role entail at Info-Pro?
I am one of the Escrow Search Operations Team Leads, working with a great group of people. As a team lead, I plan, prep and organize for our searches. As a team, we research current billed tax amounts providing accurate results within a timely manner.
How long have you worked at Info-Pro?
I have been with Info-Pro since June, 2019.
What other jobs have you had prior to working at Info-Pro?
My prior roles have been focused on providing quality customer service, ensuring that customers’ needs were met and they were satisfied.
What’s your favorite thing about your job or working at Info-Pro generally?
I am part of a great team and I enjoy the variety of responsibilities that come with my role. I love the teamwork and how we all come together to serve our customers.
Tell us about your family.
I have a boyfriend (Will), 4 children (Anthony - 26, Kaycee - 25, Lily - 10 and Riley - 9), 2 grandchildren (Lillian - 3 ½ and Callie 1 ½ ).
What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy spending my time with family, exploring new places, cooking, crocheting and reading.
Where did you grow up?
I grew up in North Fond du Lac, WI
What’s your favorite thing about living in Wisconsin?
I love that my immediate family is all close by and I get to watch my nieces and nephew grow up with my younger girls.

I was a volunteer firefighter and first responder for 13 years.
