Kelly Wondra, Account Manager

What do you do in your role at Info-Pro?

My main objective as an Account Manager is to ensure that each of my clients is receiving the highest quality service from Info-Pro and that the solution in place is delivering significant value to the financial institution. If there are any shortfalls with the solution, I work to uncover the existing challenges and then team up with the appropriate Info-Pro members to develop a resolution.

How long have you worked at Info-Pro?

I’ve worked at Info-Pro for 7 years.

What other jobs have you had prior to working at Info-Pro?

Prior to working at Info-Pro I worked at Hometown Bank in Fond du Lac as a Customer Service Rep/Teller. Since that time, I’ve worked in several roles at Info-Pro from Administrative functions to Client Services to Account Management.

What’s your favorite thing about your job or working at Info-Pro generally?

My favorite thing about my job is the people that I interact with daily. We have exceptional employees at Info-Pro and wonderful customers to serve. I get to speak with customers on a daily basis and I really enjoy working with them to streamline their processes using Info-Pro’s solutions.

Tell us about your family.

My husband Bryan and I live in LeRoy, WI with our furbabies Greta, Pearl, and Scarlett. We live on a country property with a pond and a creek that attracts quite a bit of wildlife, especially birds and deer. They are fun to watch. Bryan and I share a love for the outdoors and spend most of our time outside, enjoying one of our many outdoor hobbies.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I try to spend as much time outdoors as possible whether that be hunting, fishing, playing sports, camping, hiking, snowmobiling, gardening, etc.

Where did you grow up?

I grew up in Brownsville, WI.

What’s your favorite thing about living in Wisconsin?

I love all of the different seasons we experience here. I have outdoor hobbies for every season and really get to enjoy the beauty of our state all year round.

Share an interesting or fun fact about yourself.

I really enjoy cooking. I am constantly trying new recipes and I try to make as many things as I can from scratch. I make a lot of my own seasonings, condiments, salad dressings, etc., and grow most of my own vegetables and herbs in my garden. I try to grow something different every year which typically encourages trying new ways to cook or preserve. It’s a lot of work, but it is always great to try something new. My next project is to start growing grapes to be able to make wine.
