Lori Marion, Quality, Training, & Development Team Lead.
What do you do in your role at Info-Pro?
As the Quality, Training, & Development Team Lead, I am responsible for reviewing files for quality control purposes, developing corrective and preventative actions for continuous improvement, training new employees, coaching staff on training opportunities, managing and coordinating special projects and services across the operations group, coordinating calibration sessions, and tracking/reviewing externally and internally reported errors.

Just shy of 3 ½ years
What other jobs have you had prior to working at Info-Pro?
I previously worked as an Account Clerk in the Fond du Lac County Treasurer’s Office. My role involved collecting taxes, along with auditing and assigning Lottery and Gaming Credits.
What’s your favorite thing about your job or working at Info-Pro generally?
I love that Info-Pro is a very family focused business. The flexibility in work hours make it possible for me to enjoy more time with my family.
Tell us about your family.
I have been married to my husband, Rick, for 24 years. We have three children; Nick (21), Hailey (19), and Max (15). We also have a Yorkie named Milo, and a cat named Bandit.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy boating, cruising, and having bonfires with my family and friends.
Where did you grow up?
I was born in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, but as a child my family moved a few times, so I have also lived in Appleton and Sheboygan, WI.
What’s your favorite thing about living in Wisconsin?
The changing of the seasons in Wisconsin is so beautiful.

I have always considered myself a “Big City” girl, but my husband and I recently built our dream house in the country, and I have never felt so at peace.
