Wednesday, August 16th we hosted our Info-Pro Lender Services Customer Conference on the campus of Marian University in our headquarters city of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Our customer conference is an opportunity for our customers to speak with each other on how they use our services within their specific financial institution. It also provides them the opportunity to meet with many Info-Pro employees who they may only speak to over the phone or via email during the year.
We had three special guest speakers this year, Cole Anderson from Peak Consulting LLC, George Koonce, ex-Green Bay Packers great, Super Bowl winner, and author, and Jay Risch, Secretary of the Department of Financial Institutions for the State of Wisconsin. All three speakers did an excellent job and provided useful information for our attendees to bring back to their institutions.
This year was an extra special year for us as we are celebrating our 20th Anniversary. From a simple question from a local bank of “can you help us with tax monitoring” in 1997 to a company who is now a national provider of real estate tax monitoring, escrow processing, flood determination, and insurance monitoring services. “20 Years of Unrivaled Excellence” is the slogan we came up with for our anniversary and the moto we live by at Info-Pro Lender Services. This moto guides us when assisting our customers, providing new services, and continually improving our best-in-class solution, Info-Exchange.
We would like to thank all the customers that attended this year to celebrate our 20th anniversary, discuss the changes over the last year, and the upcoming additions to Info-Exchange.
