In our employee of the month blog series we highlight a different Info-Pro employee every month so you can get to know us better! Up this month? Dylan DeVetter
Dylan DeVetter, Account Manager
What do you do in your role at Info-Pro?
As an Account Manager, I help to build and maintain successful business relationships with Info-Pro customers to provide unrivaled customer satisfaction. I also serve as the key outreach point of contact with customers, continually enhancing and building upon our overall relationships. I started with Info-Pro in our Client Services and Support department before moving into a Quality, Training, and Development role to support our Operations team internally.
How long have you worked at Info-Pro?
I will be celebrating my two-year anniversary in May of this year.
What other jobs have you had prior to working at Info-Pro?
I spent about 12 years working as a retail and sales manager in various small-to-mid sized companies and worked as a Store Manager at Dollar Tree, a Grocery Manager with Supervalu Foods, and a Regional Office Manager in the healthcare support industry prior coming to Info-Pro Lender Services.
What’s your favorite thing about your job or working at Info-Pro generally?
Info-Pro supports and bolsters its employees by taking great care in the culture of its office, making it a great place to work with the amazing people who make it so special. The fun, family-centric values we value permeate into our work and speak directly to the past and current successes we share with our customers.
Tell us about your family.
My wife Crystal and I have two cats, Filo and Penny, as well as a new lab puppy, Nadya. We will be celebrating our 7th wedding anniversary this year in June.
What do you like to do in your free time?
My wife and I are avid campers and try to spend as many weekends each summer camped as far from civilization (or within a couple hours of home) as we can muster. We enjoy traveling and seeing new places, meeting new people, and eating new foods.
Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin (GO PACK).
What’s your favorite thing about living in Wisconsin?
Without a doubt, our friendly people make Wisconsin an incredible place to live, work, and play. I could not imagine living anywhere else and expecting even a modicum of the kindness neighbors share with one another here.
Share an interesting or fun fact about yourself.
I was named the TIME Magazine Person of the Year in 2006 (and so were you).
