What is your favorite breakfast food?
My favorite is the entire category of Dim Sum.

A breakfast casserole I was introduced to (while camping as a kid)–which mixes scrambled eggs, bacon, green peppers and corn over a campfire.

Eggs. (One of my favorite foods even outside of breakfast). Eggs are so versatile and can be cooked in so many different ways. A big favorite is adding a little Valentina hot sauce (and an avocado!) and I’ve got the perfect start to my day.
