With the housing boom and an influx of millennial homebuyers, there’s an increase in the number of escrowed property tax payments financial institutions need to make on behalf of their borrowers.
Unfortunately staffing shortages, combined with the refinance boom and PPP applications, has put increased strain on bank and credit union employees. This means less time and resources to navigate the complex property tax payment landscape.
Join us for this educational webinar where Mark Daniels, SVP of Sales, Marketing, Account Management & Client Services at Info-Pro Lender Services, will dive into the escrow property tax nuances and challenges we see around the country, along with what you can do to take the burden of escrowed property taxes off your financial institution.
